Why Not?

"Perche' No" means Why Not in Italian...

I thought this would be the perfect name for my next venture because of how it came to be.


I originally thought I was ready to retire after being in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. It turns out that the more time I spent away from the kitchen, the more I realized how much I missed cooking and sharing good food with my community.


So, when the possibility of opening a new restaurant in Downtown Tucson was presented to me, I thought "Perche' No" - why not?
